When a customer of ours with disabilities required two specialized products that were difficult to locate, L&R pulled out all the stops to deliver. An L&R representative tracked down these specialized items and covered the costs out of pocket. Thanks to your incredible dedication, we were able to provide a disabled student with the tools to accommodate his individualized needs. Now that’s customer service!
A note of thanks for your support during our recent model store walk by the Harris Teeter Senior/Executive Management Staff.
Not all of our vendor partners were as supportive as L & R, ensuring that their areas were prepared and ready for business, especially with Harris Teeter running the “Super Double” coupon event during the tour.
I would like to think Nina for her support, coming in on Sunday, straightening, dusting, organizing…trying to repair from such a sales busy weekend. It has been my privilege to work with Nina through (4) different buildings within Harris Teeter and she has always been supportive and there when needed. Nina will find the product and ensure that we are ready for business. I only wish some other vendor partners would demonstrate this same support.
Kim, it goes without saying, that Nina would not feel so comfortable providing the service she gives if it did not start with yourself. In my experience, our associates emulate their leaders and I think you for the support. It was a great walk and L & R represented themselves well in our building and thanks to Nina for ensuring her areas were prepared.

Over the years, I have worked with various set teams and seen numerous approaches to projects with varying results. I must say that your reset team has the highest standards I have experienced. From the initial planning stages to the final implementation, I have been kept informed on the status. I can spell out my requirements and then just watch you make it happen. I realize that we have challenged you to accomplish a lot considering the aggressive new and remodel store plan. Then, as if that wasn’t enough, we decided to completely remerchandise our cosmetic departments. I appreciate you going above and beyond. Charles Franklin came out several times to get us organized. Edith & Charles Brown, along with Debra Brown, are merchandising our departments. They are all dedicated, hardworking people and thanks for your help. I look forward to you downloading the merchandise files. This will save us a lot of work.
All of the shelf tags and stickers are in place correctly, products are in their proper places, every square inch is clean and there wasn’t any sign they’d been there except it looks like a brand-new store! Believe me, they had their work cut out for them, because this store had some issues. They had all of the boxes of pulled merchandise clearly marked with regards to what should happen to the product. The product was bagged properly and marked clearly inside each box making it very efficient to process the return with the receiver. She and I both agreed that we were sort of dreading the return process because it we both thought it would be so time-consuming. We were pleasantly relieved! They had the whole process streamlined and I could tell they were meticulous in their work. I will process the Sensations and catering product return tomorrow, but I don’t expect anything less than today’s experience. I’m looking forward to servicing this store now as much as I do my other stores. I’m sure the team was impressive to the staff at the store as well. Thanks to you and them for making my job more efficient and enjoyable!
She is so sweet and such a great help. She has turned on cosmetic section from SCARY to FABULOUS in a short time. This aisle used to be just absolutely our worst aisle in the whole store. The fixtures did not fit and our merchandise would not even hang correctly. I came in Saturday to a completely new look. This aisle is now shoppable and looks GREAT!!!!!
The merchandising is great and I have no doubt that this will help to increase our sales in this area. Jackie is the greatest and we so appreciate everything she did!!!!

The Cosmetics section looked great for the Grand Opening. I was very happy with the effort you put forth to set us up as a new customer and ship a complete order (with over 99% in stock) with only three weeks’ notice. Your program, service and pricing was far and away better than any company I reviewed. I look forward to working with you on growing our cosmetic business.
We had a full 52’ of cosmetics that had to be moved from one gondola to another. The reason for this is that we are going through a remodel so all the aisles are moving in order to tile our floors. While moving the cosmetics gondola, the backboards fell to the floor with no way to move them other than to rebuild. We had called around the middle of the previous week and were understandably told we were on our own. When I called you Tuesday, all I was looking for was to see if we could utilize help from our local merchant. You called back within the hour letting me know someone was on his way. This was a huge shock and such a huge relief! He worked extremely hard while he was here and did not even stop for lunch. Cosmetics can be very tricky to set and without our crew having any knowledge on this, it would have been extremely challenging. We are so thankful you were here to help us through this. I don’t think we could have done it without him. He was supportive and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for your support as well. It is greatly appreciated.
They both spoke very highly of this reset team & were happy with their resets!!!!!!! I too find this team to be extremely easy to work with & overall AWESOME!!!!!!!
