Marc J. Bodner

Chief Executive Officer – Principal

Marc has over 20 years’ experience in the Distribution industry. He previously held the position of President/CEO at Allied Supply Co. He currently holds the position of CEO and is a member of the Board of Directors. Marc graduated with honors from Touro College with degrees in Corporate Finance and Computer Science. He serves on the Board of Directors of several non-profit organizations.


Jesus Flores del Bosque

Chief Operating Officer

Jesus has over 13 years of senior executive management and leadership experience in supply chain management and business/consumer product distribution and logistics. Jesus previously worked with Poppin, a wholesale provider of lively and modern office furniture, leading its global operations as its Vice President of Business Operations. Jesus also lead efforts at MakeSpace, an innovative valet consumer storage business and L’Oreal global beauty brand with internationally renowned products. Jesus has a MBA from Texas A&M, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Universidad Regiomontana in Monterrey, Mexico and a certificate of International Business Management from École Supérieure de Commerce in Rennes, France.

Matt Peoples

Chief Information Officer

Matt has over 25 years of IT experience in the Distribution industry. He previously held the position of IT Director at Allied Supply Co., Vice President MIS at Toymax and Vice President MIS at Noodle Kidoodle/Greenman Bros. Matt graduated from Syracuse University School of Management with a Bachelor of Science.


Jim Athey

Chief Customer Officer

Jim is a highly accomplished sales executive who has held leadership roles in multiple Fortune 500 companies including Kodak, Revlon and Kimberly-Clark. Jim’s most recent executive role was with Tervis Tumbler Company as the Chief Commercial Officer where he launched multiple new products including the companies stainless steel water bottle and recycled tumbler. Jim attended Ball State University graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing.

Brian McDole

Executive Vice President of Category Management

Brian joins L&R Distributors with over 20 years of experience as a successful leader at senior levels on both the retailer and CPG supplier side. Prior to his appointment as Executive Vice President of Category Management, Brian was the Vice President of Grocery Merchandising with Giant Eagle, ranked by Supermarket News as one of the top North American food retailers. Brian’s other roles include senior positions with Kraft Heinz and Schwan Consumer Brands. Brian graduated in 1993 from Geneva College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.


Mike Willert

Vice President of Sales

Mike has 30 years of experience in the industry. He previously held the positions of VP of Business Development for Retail Service Associates and General Manager at Rita Ann Distributors (division of Amerisource Bergen), both of whom were GM/HBC distributors. Mike graduated with a BS Degree in Accounting from St Joseph’s University and an MBA from Widener University.
