Marc J. Bodner
Executive Chair
Marc has over 20 years’ experience in the Distribution industry. He previously held the position of President/CEO at Allied Supply Co. He currently holds the position of Executive Chair and is a member of the Board of Directors. Marc graduated with honors from Touro College with degrees in Corporate Finance and Computer Science. He serves on the Board of Directors of several non-profit organizations.
Jim Athey
Chief Executive Officer
Jim is a highly accomplished sales executive who has held leadership roles in multiple Fortune 500 companies including Kodak, Revlon and Kimberly-Clark. Jim's most recent executive role was with Tervis Tumbler Company as the Chief Commercial Officer where he launched multiple new products including the companies stainless steel water bottle and recycled tumbler. Jim attended Ball State University graduating with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Marketing.
Tom Tomescko
Chief Customer Officer
Tom has more than 15 years of experience as a successful executive leader generating top-and bottom-line impact through targeted operational procedures aligned with emergent business strategies. He has proven experience leading teams in designing, developing, and directing execution of targeted business management strategies, including sales, marketing, customer service, and P&L initiatives to accomplish revenue and profitability goals. Prior to his appointment at L&R, Tom held leadership roles at Allied BioScience and Kimberly-Clark. Tom graduated from Babson College with a Master of Business Administration degree and Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University.
Steve light
Executive Vice President of Category Development, Purchasing and Supplier Management + eCommerce
Steve has over 20 years of senior management and executive leadership experience in eCommerce retail, distribution, marketing and brand management. Steve previously worked at Packable, a leading eCommerce retailer in U.S. Marketplaces, as its General Manager/Vice President of eCommerce & Marketplaces where he provided strategic leadership for all aspects of 2P & 3P e-commerce portfolio. Steve also held other executive leadership roles with Accel Inc., Cardinal Health, Meijer, Sears, Daimler Chrysler and Arthur Anderson. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
Richard grant
Chief Financial Officer
Rich has extensive senior management and leadership experience within Finance, Accounting, CPG and private equity environments. He has expertise and results in business structuring, mergers & acquisitions, international tax compliance and performance optimization. Prior to L&R, Rich worked with Cooper Group as its Chief Financial/Operating Officer where he played a key role in realigning cost structures to achieve a better than 30% sales growth. Rich has a Bachelor's Degree from Adelphi University, School of Business in Accounting and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
David Faust
Senior Vice President of Operations
David has over 15 years of experience in the Distribution industry. His previous experience was with one of the nation's largest grocery wholesalers, C&S Wholesale Grocers, in a variety of leadership roles in multiple locations coast to coast. Most recently, David launched and was the site leader for one of the largest break pack GM/HBC locations in the nation. David graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Industrial Engineering.
Jonathan J. Banegas
Vice President of Human Resources
Jonathan has over 14 years of Human Resources experience in multiple industries that include e-commerce retail, distribution, non-profit, financial services and higher education. Previous experience includes Human Resources leadership roles with Adorama Camera, a leading US camera retailer, and Phoenix House, a nationwide rehabilitation organization. Jonathan graduated from New York University, with a Bachelor's degree double majoring in Economics & Psychology and from Mercy College, with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
Troy Lampley
Chief Information Officer
Troy has over 20 years of progressive leadership and extensive experience in application development, business intelligence and process optimization. He previously held the position of Vice President of IT Applications at NDC Distributors. During his time at NDC, Troy led the IT applications blueprint project and 2-year technology roadmap effort outlining the transformation and stabilization of technology for the enterprise. Troy graduated from Belmont University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Belmont University.
Tracy Bliss
General Manager – Branded Division (SJ Creations)
Tracy has 30+ years of senior management experience, with an extensive background leading the beauty/cosmetic category within the grocery industry. She previously served as a Beauty Business Unit Director for H-E-B, one of the largest privately held supermarket chains in the United States. Tracy led a buying team that persevered in the face of obstacles such as cost increases, evolving customer buying behaviors, and the impact of rising shrinkage on financial metrics. Tracy’s other roles at H-E-B include Cosmetics, Photo and Toy Buyer. Tracy graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree.
