L&R Distributors looks forward to some exciting advancements that reflect this standard, beginning with the much-anticipated relocation of our current distribution centers to a state-of-the-art distribution, innovation and training center in Monroe Township, NJ. The new facility will create a more streamlined and efficient distribution system by enabling us to run all of our East Coast operations under one roof.
As a team of innovators committed to delivering the ultimate shopping experience for our customers’ customers, we have implemented cutting-edge automated technology to help expedite aisle ready orders to our clients and increase efficiency, including the use of our new robot-to-person technology.
To emphasize the importance of our company culture and create an improved working experience for our employees, we relocated our corporate offices to Brooklyn’s trendsetting waterfront community in Industry City. Featuring a communal outdoor environment, fitness center, spacious food hall, and more, our new home has created an ideal workplace, while greatly improving productivity.
